Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before Contract Acceptance
If a seller does not accept the buyer's offer or the contract is cancelled before acceptance, the buyer will receive a 100% refund of the amount (excluding minor processing fees, if applicable).
After Contract Acceptance
Once a contract is accepted and the transaction is in progress, refunds are only possible if:
- Both parties mutually agree to cancel the contract
- A concern is raised and support confirms it was incomplete or invalid
Important Terms
GuardMoney does not directly store funds — we use secure payment providers to ensure all transfers follow RBI-compliant channels
Transaction facilitation charges (1%) are not refundable once the process starts
Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
